Hand-picked in the cool mornings of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, our edible flowers bring color, fragrance, and flavor to every plate or glass. Grown sustainably and harvested with care, each bloom is safe to eat and ready to transform your culinary creations into art.
Chef Mix
Our Chef Mix is a vibrant blend of seasonal favorites like nasturtium, viola, calendula, and borage. With bold petals and delicate accents, this mix is designed for plating, salads, and gourmet dishes. Each clamshell (~50 blooms) offers chefs an easy, reliable way to add edible color and fresh flavor.
Perfect for: restaurants, catering, and CSA add-ons.
Cocktail & Garnish Mix
Small, jewel-like blossoms for drinks and delicate garnish work. This mix highlights petite flowers such as violas, dianthus petals, and gem marigolds, offering pops of color without overpowering flavor. Each pack (~25 blooms) is just the right size for cocktail programs, cupcake topping, or charcuterie styling.

Event Mix
Planning something big? Our Event Mix provides bulk blooms (~100 flowers) in themed color palettes. Whether it’s a wedding cake, grazing table, or celebration spread, we’ll curate petals and blossoms that match your vision. Packed in shallow deli containers for easy use on site.
